DAY 4: Drive to Memphis for two nights where we hope to be near W. C. Handy Square and Beale Street. W. C. Handy is considered the father of the blues and there are usually street artists performing all over the square. Beale Street has lots of bars most with live music featuring the blues. Before we get to hotel we hope to include another attraction subject to us having enough time; probably the Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum.

DAY 5: We will take you to the Peabody Hotel in time to see the ducks brought down from their rooftop penthouse and led to the water fountain where they will swim around until 4 p.m., when they are escorted back upstairs–-a fun way to start the day. Afterwards we drive to Gracelands where a full visit to Elvis’ home is included. You not only go over his house and grounds, where you can see his grave, but also see inside his tour bus, plane and see some of his cars. The final attraction of the day is a visit to Sun Studios where Elvis recorded his first songs along with other artists like Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Roy Orbison. That evening we will return again to the Beale Street area and you might even want to take a music cruise on the Mississippi.

DAY 6: Something really different! We take the famous train the City Of New Orleans to New Orleans. During the eight-an-a-half hour trip you’ll be able to buy a drink, have a meal or just admire the scenery from the double-decker carriages plus you are free to move around. That evening you’ll be able to take in the music around Bourbon Street. It’ll be an early start but we think it is worth it.

DAY 7: You made find it hard to believe but one of the biggest tourist attractions in New Orleans is a visit to the graveyards, hearing the story about how and why they developed so spectacularly. We will also take a trip around the French Quarter and visit other tourist attractions like Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop, which has been serving alcohol since the 1700s, and see the lovely St. Louis Cathedral. We will also take you on a swamp trip around the bayou. We have left the evening free for whatever you fancy . . . Perhaps a Cajun meal?
